Currently, I am a PhD student at the Singular Research Center for Intelligent Technologies (CiTIUS), part of the University of Santiago de Compostela. My research focuses on High-Performance Computing, specifically in heterogeneous computing, distributed systems, and performance portability. My thesis explores the development of heterogeneous solutions for distributed systems using a high-level approach. I earned my BSc in Computer Science Engineering in 2019 and my MSc in High-Performance Computing in 2020, both from the University of Santiago de Compostela. During my studies, I completed internships at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and the Supercomputing Center of Galicia (CESGA). Additionally, in 2019, I received a collaboration grant from the Spanish Ministry of Education to work with the Department of Electronics and Computing. As part of my PhD, I have had the opportunity to be a guest researcher in the Embedded Systems Research Group at the University of Minho (Portugal) and the Systems Group at ETH Zürich (Switzerland).
